Cancellation Policy
Please add on VIP service for appointments booked 8am and before, appointments on Sunday, and appointments on Monday. Appointments booked 6:00pm or later are also considered VIP appointments.
Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service as long as the new appointment is within 7 days original appointment. Reschedule all appointments by using the link in your email confirmation.
Tardy Policy: A late fee of $25 will be charged if the client is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, or if scheduled appointment exceeds allotted time due to client's delay. An additional fee of $1/min will be charged for each additional minute the client is late. If client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, with respect to other booked appointments.
Cancellation Policy: All appointments should be cancelled using the link in your email confirmation. Phone, text, or email cancellations are not acceptable. If cancellation is due to the stylist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client within 14 business days. You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment via the link in your email. Same day reschedules & cancellations will be charged 100% plus a $5 processing fee for services booked, NO exceptions. The card on file will be charged. This cancellation policy also applies to NO SHOW appointments. Your initial deposit can be used to reschedule once within 7 days, anything outside of that will require a new service deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
All no call no show appointments (client does not give a full 24 hours notice of extreme tardiness/absence) will still be charged the final/full amount plus a $5 processing fee and will not be able to book another appointment. The card on file will be charged. If client or stylist rebooks and confirms an appointment for an early or later time than original appointment booked, the same cancellation and late policy still applies to the new and confirmed time and day.
